Our starting rates reflect the quality, time, materials, and overhead involved in creating a seamless, high-end experience. While final prices vary based on event size, location, and add-ons, we’re happy to build custom quotes tailored to your needs.

The Cork & Craft

Starting at $600*

Our most effortless option — perfect for intimate gatherings, weddings, or corporate events. The Cork & Craft package includes beer, wine, and champagne service with a touch of class. We'll work with you to curate your preferred selection from a range of red, white, sparkling, and craft brews to match the vibe of your event.

A refined, minimalist bar experience for intimate gatherings or relaxed occasions.


Includes:

  • Beer (up to 3 varieties of your choice)

    • additional beers can be added for a fee

  • Wine (1 red, 1 white, 1 sparkling recommended)

    • additional wines can be added for a fee

  • Professional bartender service for up to 5 hours

  • Disposable drinkware, cocktail napkins, and standard garnishes (if applicable)

  • Standard Ice Service

Elevated Essentials

A perfect step up for hosts who want a bit more flair. This package includes beer, wine, champagne, a selection of classic mixed drinks (vodka soda, rum & coke, gin & tonic, etc.), and one custom cocktail along with garnishes. Clients can choose from Zapphire’s signature creations or work with us to craft a drink that’s uniquely theirs.

Includes everything in Cork & Craft, plus:

  • Mixed drinks (vodka soda, gin & tonic, rum & coke, etc.)

This package is perfect for weddings, upscale parties, or events where variety and quality are a must — all with a refined mobile setup and professional one-on-one service.

The complete bar experience—ideal for weddings, milestone events, and larger celebrations.

Includes everything in Elevated Essentials, plus:

  • Up to three (3) custom cocktails

  • Expanded cocktail menu access

  • Additional mixers and bar tools to accommodate variety

The Inner Circle

(Recommended for small, high-end events, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, private parties, etc)

For the guests who want it all! Our most exclusive, luxury-tier bartending experience. Includes a full open bar service featuring beer, wine, and champagne, plus up to four custom cocktails — including the old fashioned and martinis add on— with hand-crafted garnishes and specialty ice.

A high end open bar experience tailored for intimate high-end gatherings.


Includes everything in The Full Pour, plus:

  • Full bar service (guests are served proactively)

  • Old Fashioned Station (premium ice cubes, bitters, orange twists, cherry skewers)

  • Martini Station (stuffed olives, lemon twists, etc)

  • Water Infusion Station

  • Priority access to concierge cocktail curation

Maximum group size: 15-25 people. This is Zapphire’s signature elevated service.

      Choose one or two bourbons, ryes — or even a rum — on the order form. Additional selections available upon request

    • Does Aunt Judy need her dirty martini? Or maybe Uncle Larry’s all about the Cosmo? We’ve got you — stuffed olives and all.

      Choose one vodka and one gin (or two of either) via the liquor order form. Additional selections available upon request (may affect pricing).

  • Mocktail Service+$100*

    • Hosting kids, non-drinkers, or just looking for something other than soda? Add a signature mocktail to your package!

      *Mocktails can be just as intricate and flavorful as cocktails — often more time-consuming. Price is per mocktail recipe selected.

  • Water Station (infused or plain)+$150

    • Keep your guests hydrated with 5 gallons of filtered water — served still or infused with fresh fruit, herbs, or whatever fits the vibe. Elegant, practical, and refreshing.

Our pricing reflects the time, tools, insurance, licenses, ingredients, and customized service that go into every event — even before the first pour. From preparing garnishes to providing premium setups, every detail is carefully crafted to ensure an elevated guest experience. We also build in coverage for business expenses like insurance, software, transportation, and cleanup, so you don’t have to think about a thing.

We know hiring a mobile bar/bartender is an investment and we’re committed to making it worth every penny. Here’s a breakdown of what goes into every event:

  1. Custom Prep – Whether it’s crafting specialty syrups, infusing spirits, or stuffing olives for martinis, everything is made fresh with intention.

  2. Professional Tools & Presentation – We provide premium glassware, large-format ice cubes, decor, and a high-end mobile bar setup that elevates your event’s atmosphere.

  3. Business Costs – Our pricing includes essential overhead like insurance, bar maintenance, online systems, and compliance with state regulations.

  4. Transportation & Setup – We arrive early, fully equipped, and ready to serve, and we handle teardown and cleanup afterward.

  5. Peace of Mind – With general and liquor liability insurance in place, your guests are in safe hands.

Events over 60 guests incur an additional $X per guest to cover increased supplies, garnishes, mixers, cups, ice, etc.
